2. Nature of Orders

We do not offer direct online sales. Each order is placed and processed individually after personal consultation. Every product is tailored to the specific needs and preferences of the client.

3. Customization and Product Characteristics

Our cards are crafted from carbon-ceramic material based on your specifications. Slight deviations in color, shape, print or texture are natural due to the high-performance material and manufacturing process and do not constitute a defect.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted individually based on the scope and complexity of your order. Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during consultation.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship our products worldwide. All shipping costs, delivery times, and logistics details will be determined individually based on the destination, order volume, and specific requirements.

Shipping method and delivery partner will be agreed upon during the consultation process. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is complete and correct. We do not assume liability for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

In the case of damage or loss during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and work toward a suitable solution.

6. Returns and Cancellations

Since each item is personalized, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are excluded.

In the unlikely event of a defect or production error, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will review your case and may offer a replacement, correction, or refund as appropriate.

7. Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of Keramion GmbH until full payment is received.

8. Liability

We are only liable for intent and gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect damages, unless required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

Designs, materials, production techniques, and branding remain the intellectual property of Keramion GmbH. Any reproduction or resale without written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Augsburg, Germany, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

11. Severability Clause

If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully effective.
