Large attic red figure column-krater decorated with the figures of Poseidon and Anymone facing each other. 
Anymone is on of the daughters of Danaus, founder of Argos. Poseidon rescued Amymone from a satyr that was about to rape her, and then seduced her.  
The side B is decorated with a single female figure holding a cloth. 

Greek art, 5th century B.C., close to the Pan Painter. 

Comes with a TL test and a Spanish export passport. 

Height : 14.17 inches (36 cm)
Diameter : 12.20 inches (31 cm)

Condition : Good condition. Restored and repainted over the breaking lines.
