Prochous, Italie du Sud, vers 330 av. J.-C. La panse piriforme est ornée d'un décor à frise de rameaux, d'oves et de points sur plusieurs registres. Le bec verseur est décoré de part et d'autre d'une tête de lion en relief.

Prochous, Southern Italy, circa 330 B.C. Pear-shaped body, beaked spout and high-swung handle. Band of incised egg-pattern. At midbody is a wreath with leaves and dots. On either side of the juncture of handle and rim are modeled lion faces.

Hauteur : 17 cm     Height : 6 3/4'  in. 

Etat : Très bon état. Intact, un peu usé.
Condition : Very good condition. Unbroken.
